If I was going to build a wheeled charger, a piece of shop equipment that would elevate my battery service capacity while at the same time keeping cash investment down, here’s what I’d look to accomplish.

Second, I’d want the initial price to be reasonable; even more importantly, I’d want the unit to operate at minimum cost and last a long time.
